She has appeared in more than 100 episodes of the series. When she was a child, she was featured in Disney productions. She left her role on The Virginian after seven years. However, she returned to the show in 2006.
Before her return to the series, she was a part of several other shows, including Gunsmoke and Wagon Train. She also appeared in I Saw What You Did, in which she played Kit Austin.
